NO STRESS OPERATION
After two complicated and stressful years, you deserve in 2022, to escape and enjoy a relax stay in full nature.
Therefore we decided in 2022 to go on adapting our conditions to enable you to book your stay with no worries.
We are counting on you to trust us and come and stay this summer
at La Grande Sologne campsite
"No stress" offers and adjustments

Opening of the campsite until the 16th of october 2022 for pitch rental and until the 1st of November 2022 for mobile home rental.

In 2022 free pre-reservation You would like to book a rented lodge now and pay your deposit later. We are ready to place an option for free till the beginning of April.

If you make such a booking and if your stay is linked with a specific event ( ex competition, show, festival, meeting, wedding...), we are ready to wait till you are sure that this event is confirmed before asking you to pay for your deposit.

our flexibility and our usual conditions
that you appreciate so much:
No booking fees whatever your reservation
No eco contribution tax

Pitches:

Free reservation whatever the period even for one night.

If you have a preference for a specific pitch, we do the maximum to satisfy you.

Decision support: on request at the reception, you can visit the campsite before settling down to be sure that it meets your expectations.

You only pay when you depart.

If you shorten your stay, you only pay for the nights actually spent, even if you had booked for longer.
Rental accomodations:

Options can be made for free whatever the rental and whatever the season.

Payment of the balance of your reservation is only made upon arrival.

If you have a preference for a specific accomodation, we do the maximum to satisfy you.

If you cancel your reservation, the balance of your stay is not payable.

In 2022, when you book an accomodation, you can choose to take a cancellation insurance. This contract will cover your costs in case of fortuitous event which obliges to cancel your stay or in case of premature departure. Only the change of mind is not taken into account. (Thank you for your undertsanding).
Fortuitous event = a fortuitous event is an unintentional unforeseeable, unavoidable and external event which affects the client who purchased the stay, avoiding her/him to honour her/his contract and obliging her/him to cancel her/his stay at the campsite.
Health protection : our engagements
An official health protocol for the outdoor hotel sector has been drawn up. It was led by the Fédération de l'Hôtellerie de Plein Air (FNHPA) and has been validated by the French government.
This health protocol imposes reinforced hygiene measures, adapted to each location on the campsite . It guarantees your security throughout your stay.
La Grande Sologne campsite is able to welcome you according to strict and precise sanitary rules , to allow you to spend the best possible holiday in this context of fight against COVID-19.
Hereunder, you will find some examples of our on-site actions that we set up in 2020 and 2021 and that we are ready to renew in 2022 for your safety :
- Wearing of a mask for anyone from 11 years old at the reception and in the toilet blocks.
- One person or family at a time admitted in the reception.
- Presence of hydroalcoholic gel in all common premises.
- Accomodation rental: at least 5 hours between the departure of a client and the arrival of a new one with aeration and disinfection of the premises. Therefore, it will be asked not to arrive before 3.30pm and to leave not after 11.am. ( thank you for your understanding)
-The loan of playing equipment is disinfected after each use (presence of separate baskets for the taking and bringing back of the material).
- Open terrace for the snack bar with tables separated from at least 1.50m.
- The tables and chairs of the snack are dinfected after each departure of customers.
- The animations are provided by an entertainer trained to propose activities that meet health standards.
- Warning: the trampoline and the games room could not be open this summer if they do not agree with the required health protocol.
