FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTIONS ABOUT RENTING A PITCH

01

What is the size and layout of the pitches?

Our pitches are all around 100m2. They are all flat and grassy. Some are delimited by shrubby hedges or trees. Except in high season, campers can choose their pitch, whether they have booked or not. All cases are present: at the edge of the lake or not, in the sun or not, near a sanitary block or not, isolated or not ...

If you book, you can let us know your preferences and we do our best to meet your expectations.

02
Can I install several tents on one pitch and park my vehicle there?
The price of a pitch includes a vehicle. You can put up to two 2/3 person tents + a vehicle or three tents without a vehicle and this at no extra cost.
03
What type of electrical connection and what amperage do you offer?
Our connections are compatible with so-called "French" sockets, that is to say the ones you have in French homes. We only have one power, namely 10 amps (= 2200 watts in 220 volts).
You have the choice to take an electrical connection or not with your pitch.
Horse riding customers careful: you must come with your electric cable extension. Of course be sure that you come with waterproof equipment in case it rains during your stay.
04
What time can I come and settle on the day of my arrival and until what time can I stay on the day of my departure?
Normally arrivals are from 1 p.m. and departures before 1 p.m. If your pitch is available before 1 p.m., i.e. the campers who occupied it have already left, you can settle in at 10 a.m. at no extra cost.
However, departures must be made no later than 1 p.m. If you wish to leave after 1 p.m., you must contact the reception to see if this would be possible. In this case, a supplement will be requested giving you the possibility of staying until 6 p.m.
05
Do I have to book to come and camp?
If you come to camp, you are not obliged to book to stay with us. Out of season, you must arrive before 9 p.m. and if you risk arriving later, by warning us, we can even organize and ask our caretaker to welcome you (until 10 p.m.). In July, if you want to be sure to get a place, reservations are highly recommended, especially since reservations are free. If you don't want to book, do your best to arrive between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

To reserve a rental, do I have to pay the entire stay before my arrival?
When you want to book a rental, you must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total price (excluding tourist taxes). You will receive in return your booking confirmation as well as an invoice corresponding to the amount of the deposit you have paid. Then, you have nothing more to settle till your arrival at the campsite when you will be asked to pay the full balance of your stay. You will have to leave a deposit equivalent to the price of the cleaning package (25 euros for an equipped tent and 50 euros for a mobile home), which will be returned to you on your departure, after the hand over.

Are there toilets in mobile homes, equipped tents, Bivouac tent and in the Flotente?
All our mobile homes are equipped with sanitary facilities, namely a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. However, the equipped tents and the Bivouac tent are not equipped with sanitary facilities. Regarding the Flotente, dry toilets are present inside.
